In every day  life there are people who live with special needs.  These needs can range from mobility issues to severe medical conditions.  These people and their family  work hard to ensure that they have all the needs of life that many of us take advantage of in every day life.  Historically, emergencies and disasters have shown how the impact is much harder on these citizens than people without special needs.  

On Target Preparedness has worked in depth with multiple clients to plan for and prepare special needs populations for emergencies.  Through this process, OTP has shown extensive experience in being able to instruct the Planning for Special Needs Populations course.  This course is meant to build the foundation of an agency's knowledge in order to begin planning and preparing for special needs populations during emergencies.
