Special events such as fairs, sporting events, and such require planning to ensure the safety and security of all of those involved.  OTP staff have been involved with a variety of such events ranging from US Open Golf Tournaments to Boy Scout Jamborees.  Our assistance can be for being subject matter experts and leading the special event planning to performing after action reports and reviews to ensure increasing efficiency in events to come in the future.  Included in this planning includes incident action planning and writing of incident action plans as needed.
