On Target Preparedness staff can conduct an overall evaluation of your agency. Members will personally tour and assess your facility to evaluate current plans, policies, and procedures. Through their evaluation they will address any flaws in your current system and work with your staff to create new policies or amend existing ones. These plans will increase overall efficiency and minimize confusion through one set chain of command and a clear concise order of operations specific to each potential event.

OTP will also assess factors such as the demographics of your area, staffing, growth patterns, and other pertinent information to determine what areas should be expanded upon. This data will allow your organization to progress at the same rate as your area, minimizing your potential to be overwhelmed or unprepared in the future.
